SEA is the company that manages the airports of Linate and Malpensa and all its activities are performed in compliance with the regulations set by the Aviation Control Boards.
SEA provides centralized airport services such as airports coordination,
information system and information to the public-based on data furnished
by the airline companies - surveillance and retails services through third-party
agreement.
SEA is also responsible for the planning, construction and maintenance
of new airport infrastructures and buildings of Linate and Malpensa and
of other airports all over the world.
Linate and Malpensa form an airport system with a great number of air connections to Italy, Europe and the world.

SEA Shareholders
SEA is a joint stock company controlled by the Municipality of Milan with a 84.56% share. The remaining shares are held by ASAM (14.56%) and other minor public and private shareholders (0,88%).
